The Exhale Moment

I will never forget that moment when I showed my wife our completed vault. She had tears streaming down her face. She knew she was loved and that if something happened to me, she had a plan in place. All at the push of a button.

— Ray H.

This is what it looks like to love your family well.

You've been meaning to

You already know this matters.

It's not that you haven't thought about it. You have. You've probably thought about it a dozen times. It's just that it never feels urgent—until it is.

The good news: you don't have to figure out what needs documenting. We already did that. 60+ items across 9 checklists, built from hundreds of real families' experiences. You just fill in your answers.

You can absolutely get this done. And when you do, your family will have the greatest gift you can give them: clarity.

We help families get prepared. We know exactly what needs to be documented, and we'll walk you through every step.

How It Works

Three steps to loving your family well.

No guesswork. No overwhelm. Just follow the path.

01

Start your vault

Sign up and begin with any checklist—legal, financial, healthcare, digital, spiritual, or memorial. We tell you exactly what to document. You go at your own pace.

02

Complete it with coaching

Choose AI coaching for 24/7 guidance, group coaching for structure and accountability, or a personal coach for one-on-one support. Every plan is designed to get you to the finish line.

03

Give it to your family

When you're ready, invite your spouse and loved ones to your vault. That moment—when they see everything you've prepared—is what families call “the Exhale.”

Questions

Frequently Asked

Your Vault is a comprehensive one-stop place where everything is stored and found quickly and easily - all your Contacts, Files, Notes, Collections, Credentials, Banking, Service Providers, and Links to other digital platforms. Plus your Vault provides enterprise-grade permissions that you control and bank-level security for your information. And that doesn't even mention *actually* getting the job done. Exhale Vault provides three options for coaching you all the way through the finish line!

Security is foundational. Your vault uses encrypted connections (TLS) and strong encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM). Each piece of data is protected with additional integrity checks and unique randomness, so even repeated entries are stored differently. You decide what to add, who can view it, and when it’s shared.

Snap photos and let Exhale Vault suggest what the item is with a helpful description, estimated value, and resale suggestions. This is especially useful for specialty items where value isn’t obvious. No personally identifiable information is shared with AI models.

Yes. Add a second Vault "Holder" at any time. We’ll duplicate relevant items so each of you has your own record where it makes sense. You can merge items that should be shared or split them to keep unique details separate.

Vault Owners and Holders always have full access. You can also grant Viewer, Editor, or Admin permissions to other Users at the Vault, List, or a specific Item level. Owners remain in control.

Yes. You can purchase a Vault for loved ones, add up to two "Holders" of the Vault, and then manage everything on their behalf. Holders can be Users (sign in and do things) or just Contacts (do not sign in or do anything). You can always invite other people as Users to help manage things with whatever appropriate permissions are needed.

When you sign up with Exhale Vault, we'll create an account for you, and then you can invite as many people as you'd like to join your account. You can purchase a Vault for each person or couple or whatever combination makes sense for your situation. The Vaults will all be associated with your account, and people will be able to access them based on ownership or the permissions granted to them.

All options include the complete Premium Vault. AI Coaching gives you 24/7 intelligent assistance. Group Coaching adds monthly live sessions with a cohort and certified coach. Individual Coaching provides a dedicated personal coach on your timeline.

You're not alone—and honestly, that's the most common thing we hear. The truth is, this isn't something most people finish on willpower alone. That's why every plan includes coaching. Whether it's AI guidance, group accountability, or a personal coach, we help you make steady progress. Most families complete their vault within 90 days.

Your family is worth it.

Imagine the moment you show them everything is taken care of. The relief. The tears. The exhale.

You already take care of everything. This is the last piece.
